If you're in Davao . . .
1.
Visit our Sales Office located at:

Reserve the unit through your Property Consultant, Unit Manager or through our Officer of the Day.
3.
Sign the Reservation Agreement, complete the Information Sheet and pay the required Reservation Fee.
4.
Submit within 30 days required documents (below).
Requirements :
1.
Signed Contract-to-Sell and Deed of Restrictions.
2.
Bank Statement for the last 3 months.
3.
Latest ITR.
4.
Certificate of Employment (for employed) or Business Permit with SEC Registration (for self-employed).
5.
Recent 1 x 1 photo.
6.
Photocopy of TIN Card.
7.
Photocopy of Latest Community Tax Certificate.
8.
SPA (if applicable).
9.
Postdated Checks to cover amortization payments.

1.
